This year's Northumberland Mutual Aid Meeting marks a significant milestone as Mutual Aid celebrates 75 years in Ontario. Mutual Aid in Northumberland County is a cooperative partnership between local fire departments and emergency services, designed to ensure communities receive the support they need during large-scale or complex incidents. When resources in one municipality are stretched, neighbouring departments step in—providing personnel, equipment, and expertise to help protect lives and property.
Brighton Fire and Rescue looks forward to sharing this exciting event—and celebrating this important milestone—with the community!
